<h1>2027 Winter Volleyball - Dublin - Dublin High School</h1><p>Join us for our 1st season of Next Level Girls Volleyball in Dublin! We are excited to partner with Dublin High School to bring Next Level Volleyball to the community.</p>
<p><strong>General Registration is now open for all participants!</strong></p>
<p>The Next Level Girls Core Volleyball program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of competitive volleyball in an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment. Our program is aimed at the youth athlete who has 'some-to-none' exposure/experience, offering them the opportunity to build essential skills and gain confidence as they prepare for future participation at the club, middle school, or high school level.</p>
<p>Our coaching staff features dedicated Dublin student-athletes and experienced coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge from teaching the game at all levels—from beginner to elite club and high school play. Consistent with Next Level’s tradition, every team benefits from the guidance of a student-athlete mentor, ensuring personalized instruction and a strong sense of connection and inspiration for participants.</p>

<h2>League Operations</h2>
<ol><li><em>Season Operations:</em> The Next Level Girls Core Volleyball program in Dublin will run with 8 program dates over the program schedule.</li><li><em>Program Dates:</em> The Next Level Girls Volleyball program takes place on Sundays at Dublin High School. Parents only need to set aside up to 1.5 hours for their child’s participation.</li><li><em>Program Details:</em> This program is focused primarily on instructional skill development, providing athletes with targeted training and structured drills to build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals. Players will have ample opportunities to enhance their skills through structured drills, with modified gameplay scenarios introduced gradually as fundamental techniques are established. Unlike other Next Level programs that follow a distinct practice-to-game format, the volleyball program integrates instruction and team play throughout the program. There are no fixed transitions from practice to match play. Instead, players will be guided through various skill-building exercises led by Next Level Volleyball coaches, gradually progressing toward more team-oriented scrimmages in the latter portion of the program.</li><li><em>Team Roster Size:</em> Teams are 10 players maximum, limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.</li><li><em>Season Fees:</em> $305.00 - Fees are inclusive of a participant's custom volleyball uniform and other equipment/offerings.</li><li><em>Optional Player Items:</em> During the registration process, participants have the option to purchase additional Player Items upon check out. For the Winter 2027 Next Level Volleyball season, the following options are available for purchase (see below). Player item costs will be added to the base league registration fees at check out. All merchandise will be shipped with your participant's Next Level Volleyball uniform - unless otherwise communicated from our team. Sizing verification will be sent via email as your season uniform heads into production!<ul><li><strong>Nike Knee Pads - $25.00:</strong> Nike Essential Volleyball Knee Pads, available in XS/S and M/L sizing</li><li><strong>Nike Arm Sleeves - $30.00:</strong> Pair of Nike Pro Dri-Fit Sleeves (White)</li><li><strong>Nike Volleyball Shirt - $40.00:</strong> Nike Black Long Sleeve Dri Fit featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo (Gold) on the front, participant's last name on the back</li><li><strong>Next Level Volleyball Hoodie - $60.00:</strong> Nike Black Hoodie featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo (Gold) on the front, participant's last name on the back</li><li><strong>Volleyball Player Pack - $100.00:</strong> Next Level Volleyball Hoodie, Nike Arm Sleeves, and Nike Knee Pads. <div><p>Coach Sarah is a Bay Area native where she developed her passion for volleyball playing club and on her high school team. She was a four-year varsity athlete at Dublin High School, playing soccer, softball and volleyball. Sarah went on to play Division II volleyball at California State University Monterey Bay. She competed throughout her collegiate career with a strong commitment to excellence both on and off the court. She coached 6 years as the Girls Varsity Head Coach at York School in Monterey, then 2 years as the Varsity Head Coach at Emerald High School, making an NCS appearance in their first season as a Varsity program and currently starting her first season as the Girls Varsity Head Coach at Dublin High School. Sarah continues to stay active in the sport by playing & coaching beach volleyball and enjoys being involved in the volleyball community. Sarah lives in Dublin with her husband, Cesar and their three children. She is excited to bring her collegiate experience, love for the game, and enthusiasm for mentoring young athletes.</p></div>
