<p><strong>Priority Registration opens for all returning participants of the 2026 Winter Volleyball season at Las Lomas High School on Wednesday, August 19th at 9:00 AM PST!</strong></p>
<p><strong>General Registration opens for all participants on Wednesday, September 2nd at 9:00 AM PST.</strong></p>
<p>The Next Level Girls Core Volleyball program is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of competitive volleyball in an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment. Our program is aimed at the youth athlete who has 'some-to-none' exposure/experience, offering them the opportunity to build essential skills and gain confidence as they prepare for future participation at the club, middle school, or high school level.</p>
<p>Our coaching staff features dedicated Walnut Creek student-athletes and experienced coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge from teaching the game at all levels—from beginner to elite club and high school play. Consistent with Next Level’s tradition, every team benefits from the guidance of a student-athlete mentor, ensuring personalized instruction and a strong sense of connection and inspiration for participants.</p>

<h2>League Operations</h2>
<ol><li><em>Season Operations:</em> The Next Level Girls Core Volleyball program in Walnut Creek will run with 8 program dates over the program schedule.</li><li><em>Program Dates:</em> The Next Level Girls Volleyball program takes place on Sundays at Las Lomas High School. Parents only need to set aside up to 1.5 hours for their child’s participation.</li><li><em>Program Details:</em> This program is focused primarily on instructional skill development, providing athletes with targeted training and structured drills to build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals. Players will have ample opportunities to enhance their skills through structured drills, with modified gameplay scenarios introduced gradually as fundamental techniques are established. Unlike other Next Level programs that follow a distinct practice-to-game format, the volleyball program integrates instruction and team play throughout the program. There are no fixed transitions from practice to match play. Instead, players will be guided through various skill-building exercises led by Next Level Volleyball coaches, gradually progressing toward more team-oriented scrimmages in the latter portion of the program.</li><li><em>Team Roster Size:</em> Teams are 10 players maximum, limited exceptions on a case-by-case basis.</li><li><em>Season Fees:</em> $375.00 - Fees are inclusive of a participant's custom volleyball uniform and other equipment/offerings.</li><li><em>Optional Player Items:</em> During the registration process, participants have the option to purchase additional Player Items upon check out. For the Winter 2027 Next Level Volleyball season, the following options are available for purchase (see below). Player item costs will be added to the base league registration fees at check out. All merchandise will be shipped with your participant's Next Level Volleyball uniform - unless otherwise communicated from our team. Sizing verification will be sent via email as your season uniform heads into production!<ul><li><strong>Nike Knee Pads - $25.00:</strong> Nike Essential Volleyball Knee Pads, available in XS/S and M/L sizing</li><li><strong>Nike Arm Sleeves - $30.00:</strong> Pair of Nike Pro Dri-Fit Sleeves (White)</li><li><strong>Nike Volleyball Shirt - $40.00:</strong> Nike Black Long Sleeve Dri Fit featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo (Gold) on the front, participant's last name on the back</li><li><strong>Next Level Volleyball Hoodie - $60.00:</strong> Nike Black Hoodie featuring the Next Level Volleyball Logo (Gold) on the front, participant's last name on the back</li><li><strong>Volleyball Player Pack - $100.00:</strong> Next Level Volleyball Hoodie, Nike Arm Sleeves, and Nike Knee Pads. <div><p>Liz Myers has coached high school volleyball the past 9 years. Coach Liz started in 2017 as the JV Coach at Bentley High. The following season, she took over as the Program Head. Liz took her varsity team to the NCS finals her first year as a head coach and the following year, led the team to a 2nd round finish in NorCal State Tournament! </p>
<p>She grew up in Walnut Creek, playing at Northgate High School as a 3 year varsity player. Continuing her love of volleyball, she played for Linfield College in Oregon. </p>
<p>For the past 5 years she has coached the Varsity Program at Las Lomas High School and has proudly taken her teams to NCS every year. Coach Liz believes in hard work and pushing yourself every day in practice, while also being an uplifting teammate. Her passion for coaching and the sport pushes her players to get out of their comfort zone and succeed on and off the court!</p></div>
